The Immigration Legal Assistance Project provides free assistance to immigrants applying for citizenship.

These services include:

• Assistance to complete the citizenship application
• Assistance to apply for a disability waiver, if necessary
• Legal consultations about citizenship
• Mentorship regarding the civics and government test

Who is eligible for citizenship?
In general, a green card holder is eligible for citizenship when he or she has been a lawful permanent resident (“green card holder”) for five years or, if still married to a U.S. citizen, for three years.

Worcester Citizenship Clinic, Saturday November 7th
